[Mission Statement]

As Espada I hope to cultivate an interest to play Arrancar among the forum participants, I've quite the experience in roleplaying an Arrancar myself and now have the opportunity to serve as a Unit Leader. I'm open to communication and teaching new roleplayers, helping them find their style and niche. I'm personally open to help work with players on their planned characters as well as offer an active leadership to help you progress at whatever pace you hope to achieve your goals with your respective character. I seek to cultivate a strong group of roleplayers with the capacity and activity to enjoy deep combat experiences both inside and outside the unit. As currently the only standing Arrancar Legion I hope to bring a standard to the table in which other units will look to for inspiration. I want us to be able to be the antagonists the Arrancar should be and will do my best to help any wanting to come to the dark side.
