Creating a rankings thread for your faction is a simple process. Maintaining it so that it contains the most up to date information about the members of your faction is one of your core responsibilities as a faction leader, and it is vital it be done whenever necessary as a priority as other factions will use your rankings thread as a point of reference. New players will naturally want to see who holds what position within your faction, and your Game Masters will need a simple, open view of your faction's rank layout to help maintain the RP, and plan events.

A typical thread title will be formatted this way:

[FACTION] Faction Appropriate Ranking Thread Title

The first post of the thread should be outlined in a similar fashion to below, tailored to your faction, though feel free to make it look as you would like with images, text colour etc:

Leader (Captain/Espada/Sternritter): Jimmy Bob Jones

Seat X: Sammy Smith

Seat Y: 

Seat Z: John White

Members:

It is good practice for you to make an additional post within your rankings thread detailing what changes you made and on what date whenever you edit the rankings post - this will help your Game Masters keep track of your faction.
