Massive Chit System Expansion

Hey there! This last week I've been expanding the Chit System to include the Powers & Abilities for Arrancar and Quincy. Also added are almost all the Release types imaginable, bar Vollständig. The system should be versatile and encompassing enough for you to create a full Character now and start Roleplaying between factions. Do note that this is the first version and will likely need tweaking soon. That is why:

The Retcon rule is temporarily suspended!

You can take Free Chits away and reinvest them somewhere else without needing to do a retcon Roleplay and you can do the same with earnt Chit (you even get to keep them). In short, you can rebuild your Character from the ground up to readjust your build to the tweaks in the Chits system.

I fully realise our first generation of A Tier characters (Taichou, etc) are woefully underpowered compared to the canon. None of you have their Shikai or Bankai unlocked even. Keep in mind that future A Tier Character will come to power with already earnt Chits. It's just this first generation which will start from absolute scratch.
