Preface
Your character's Epithet work in much the same way as their Powers & Abilities. They are built up from Chits, which you get through both earning promotions and earning them directly through Roleplay. Like with Powers & Abilities, but more clearly expressed here, you don't "earn points" to "distribute". Instead, you earn the ability or ability upgrade (or indeed the release itself) through Roleplaying. You can earn a single ability worth multiple Chits in one roleplay, or rather a string of roleplays leading up to earning it.
Careful planners could make a fully mastered Epithet with just a few roleplays, by going for a limited number of abilities and roleplaying to get those up to a mastered level. This would quickly fill up their Earnable Release Chits for that Character. Or, you could do the opposite and put yourself on a longer road to bring that Character's to full power.
1. Manifestations
Almost all Quincy can absorb and compound Reishi into manifested weapons and abilities. Their skill at doing this comes from their aptitude for controlling large amounts of Reishi and how much practice they have in forming specific weapons and other forms. All Quincy can Manifest a basic bow, however, some Quincy can go further than this.
The Quincy can be seen as a conduit for Reishi, and they may in theory fight on indefinitely if they rely on solely Reishi as a source of energy. However, acting as a conduit will physically tire the Quincy in the long run. Many abilities will require enormous amounts of energy, which in active combat may only be compounded quickly enough if the Quincy utilizes their Reiatsu as well (at least, in part). Nevertheless, in a purely magical exchange, the Quincy is more efficient than most other non-Quincy abilities.
1.1 Heilig Bogen & Heilig Pfeil
The versatility of the Quincy's Heilig Bogen (Quincy Bow) is determined by their skill in Archery:

1.2 Heilig Waffe
Only Quincy with a Combatant level of skill in Fencing can manifest a Heilig Waffe (Spirit Weapon). Quincy with a Fencing skill below this will have to use a Seeleschneider instead for Melee combat. You may design your character's Heilig Waffe (Spirit Weapon) as you see fit within the following Factional restrictions:
- Must be a single European or Anatolian-style sword
- Its length is 240 centimetres or 94½ inches or less
- It is at least 10x longer than it is broad (e.g. 200 centimetres long and 20 centimetres broad or thinner)
2. Schrift
Schrift (Script) are the Epithet (letter designations) of the Sternritter. These powers are innate to the Quincy Sternritter and do not need any special ceremony or release to become accessible. The Sternritter's Epithet is unique to them and there can never be more than 25 Sternritter from B to Z. The Epithet is always an English noun (e.g. B "The Balance").
2.1 Attaining an Epithet
Your Character can and will attain their Epithet upon being promoted to the rank of Sternritter of any Tier. You do not have to complete any Roleplay, although you are allowed to include the Schrift Ceremony in one of your personal Roleplays for completeness purposes. You now also gain access to the Release Chits for your Character.

2.2 Epithet Types
The Epithet offers a vast range of freedom when it comes to designing your character's powers. There are two types of Epithet, the Standard Type (or simply an Epithet) and the Conceptual Epithet. Both have their strengths and weaknesses but give you a lot of creative freedom for your Quincy character.
2.2.1 "standard" Epithet
Theme: magical abilities and magical effects, including augmentations
An Epithet revolves around a central theme (indicated by its letter and meaning) from which a number of abilities are derived. You can think up this central theme and the abilities with a very large degree of freedom. As long as the abilities can be logically classed as falling under the umbrella of your theme and they abide by the Godmode rules, you are generally fine. Abilities come in 3 stages: Learnt, Controlled and Mastered. Each upgraded level to an existing Ability must be submitted for approval.

2.2.2 Conceptual Epithet
Theme: a single ability based on a high (often reality-warping) concept
A Conceptual Epithet takes the idea of a central theme to its extreme. You are allowed to create only 1 Ability for your Quincy's Epithet. This Ability will carry the same name as the Epithet (e.g. M "The Miracle"). Creating this Ability follows the same thought process as a standard Epithet, however, you are also not allowed to build-in multiple sub-abilities, versions or forms, and so on into your single Ability. Instead, the single Concept Ability must be versatile enough for your character to fight with yet defined enough so its limitations can be well-understood.
Conceptual Epithets automatically attain all Free Release Chits a Character has. You can further increase the power of your character's Epithet by Earnable Release Chits at the time by Roleplaying along the standard Epithet Ability guidelines.

2.3 Adding and Upgrading Abilities
You can add abilities using the Free Release Chits at your disposal. You are free to spend your Free Release Chits how you see fit on your Epithet (and later Vollständig). You can earn additional Release Chits through doing Roleplays just like you can earn them for your Powers & Abilities. Abilities come in 3 stages: Learnt, Controlled and Mastered. All Abilities must be approved before use, and if you make any improvements (for instance to upgrade their mastery) will have to be approved as well.
3. Quincy: Vollständig
Quincy Vollständig (vol/sht'en/diç, Quincy Complete) is the complete form of a Quincy's powers. It is the further development of the Quincy: Letzt Stil (Quincy: Final Style) to give the Quincy superior power without the negative consequence of losing all their powers shortly after. Quincy Vollständig is superior in every shape and form to Letzt Stil and can both augment the Quincy's typical abilities as well as their Epithet. It is activated by reciting the command "Quincy Vollständig" followed by the name, for instance: "Quincy Vollständig: Biskiel". The name is a Hellinsation of a Hebrew term followed by "iel, liel, tiel, ziel, et cetera" meaning "of God".
Note: the A-umlaut (ä) can be written by pressing Alt + 132.
3.1 Attaining Vollständig
Your Character can attain Quincy Vollständig if they are a Sternritter and you have earned 6 Earnable Release Chits. You attain Quincy Vollständig through a Manifestation RP where your Character manifests their power. The further particulars of this Manifestation RP are largely left up to you and/or your Unit. You must complete this Manifestation RP with a B Grade or higher to succeed.
3.1.1 Naming Convention
Vollständig names are Hellinised Hebrew. The suffix "iel" means "of God" which is preceded by a Hebrew word of some meaning to the Character's powers. Words ending in vowels (a, e, i, etc) and in "s/sh" beget a hard consonant at the end, either k, l, t or z.
Example:
"Fire of God" → Hebrew for fire: "Esh" → Quincy Vollständig: Eshtiel
"Wrath of God" → Hebrew fore wrath: "Avel" → Quincy Vollständig: Aveliel
Note: some Bleach characters use Torahnic/Kabbalic angel names which deviate from this, e.g. "Biskiel" meaning "Justice of God". This does not hold up with direct Hebrew translations as we know them. Since almost all angels are taken by canon characters, our RP is limited to regular Hebrew nouns.
3.2 Vollständig Types
Your Vollständig inherits its Release Type, theme or element from its Epithet. Vollständig can make improvements and in some ways diversify in its Release Type not normally accessible to the Epithet. Vollständig grants the same powers and abilities to the standard Epithet as to the Conceptual Epithet with the only exception being Vollständig Abilities. All the following Abilities are available to all Quincy, provided they comply with that Ability's requirements.
3.2.1 Complete Reishi Dominance
This Ability grants the Quincy complete subjugation of the Reishi around them, greatly increasing their uptake and output. It is the sole reason the Quincy would be able to operate at this heightened level and allows them to fuel more powerful abilities. Indeed, Vollständig IS complete dominance over Reishi and this is a mandatory ability for all Vollständig to have before other Abilities may be added. It does nothing on its own except make the Quincy a formidable endurance fighter when it comes to energy expenditure.

3.2.2 Enhanced Epithet:
The Quincy's existing Epithet may be enhanced, provided they have mastered it. This only enhances the core Epithet ability, not its derivative abilities. There are two levels, "enhanced" which is available to both Epithet types and the "Reality Bender" which is only available if the Character has a Conceptual Epithet.

3.2.3 Vollständig Abilities
A Standard Epithets retains its theme and can create new, more powerful Abilities to use in Vollständig. You are allowed to elaborate on or moderate your theme logically to distinguish between a lesser version for the Epithet and a stronger version for Vollständig. You need the Enhanced Epithet ability before you can add new Vollständig Abilities. Conceptual Epithet cannot have additional Vollständig Abilities.

3.2.4 Augmentations
Vollständig can drastically augment a Quincy's natural abilities, provided those natural abilities were sufficiently high enough to begin with.
