Appearance: A Pale skin Quincy, with a Golden hair and Eyes to match. He is usually seen on a black suite, black plain trousers and a black shoe to match. He spots a white shirt inside the suite along with a black tie, and he covers himself with a black and gold blazers. When on duty, Julian is always on a Mask.
History- Nothing is really known about his origin.... Except for a single information about the Kaiser personally picking him up, from an unknown village, on one of the Kaiser's usual travel around the world.
Personality: He doesn't remember the people he’s killed. Both the good and bad, Julian killed them all equally. As far as he was concerned, everyone was equal before YHWH. After becoming a world traveler, he he was no longer a normal man.
Julian has a strong sense of disgust, the head is a funny existence. For the rationalist Brant god's blind acceptance was a symbol of stupidity. It is ironic considering Julian Brant position as god's(YHWH) guardian of justice.
He is said to be the ultimate pragmatist who doesn't like to follow through.
He looks ruthless at first glance, he even gives off the strong impression of being a coldblooded murderer. However, for those who rely on him, he lends them a helping hand. He helps those who grab his hands, but the ones who ignore it and don't listen to his advice never see him again, that's the kind of man he is. His character is akin to that of a rationalist.
He lives in order to create an equal world without a struggle. Perhaps this is an idealistic and impractical goal.

Haha I forgot. Actually Hunting Is not my thing, I'm more interested in as a Royal guard; (Schutzstaffel). I see that's sperate from Jagdarmee.
The Schutzaffel consist of hand-picked quincy and cannot be directly applied to. With 5 positions available and only 5 Jagdarmee subfactions of the Wandenreich, each Jagdarmee may have multiple Sternritter. For now, members of the Schutzaffel will likely be a part of the regular Jagdarmeen until they are fully formed, after which they may end up with a subsection of their own (will be handy for events).

I would add in a detailed description of his appearance as this is a text-based RPG - pictures are great, but words are better! Once you correct the naming issues and add this in, this will be ready for a review. I would take the extra time to add in any other details you may want to add, such as any tasty tidbits of backstory that would make reading about this character more interesting (such as how he came to serve under His Majesty). Am i right in saying you're applying for two different characters, one for the 8th and one Wandenreich?

Equipments
Quincy Cross: Like all Quincy, Brant Julian possess a Quincy Cross. The cross takes the usually for of a five-pointed star. As a Soldat, it the points were smaller, but they changed after Brant became a Sternritter, protruding out more. Using this as a medium for reishi he's absorbed, and combining it with his own Reiyoku, Brant can create his Spirit Weapon to use in combat. His is normally kept attached to a short silver chain that hangs on the left side of his belt.
Medallion: Brant possesses a medallion the size of one's palm, with the Wandenreich emblem carved onto it. The device was originally used during the Thousand Year Blood War by the Sternrriters for the purpose of stealing a Shinigami's Bankai and using it against them. Even after the war, the Wandenreich still use these devices in case the Shinigami decide to invade them or other emergencies. The medallion will only work if a Bankai nearby is activated. Furthermore the user's Spiritual Power must be at least equal to or greater that the target Shinigami, otherwise it would be impossible for the Sternritter to wield the captured Bankai. Another drawback is that if Brant should capture a Bankai, he will be unable to use Quincy: Vollständig for the duration he has it, unless he relinquishes it to someone else.
Earpiece: Brant has an earpiece with the Wandenreich emblem on it. This allows him to communicate with headquarters no matter where he is, as well with local forces in the same area as him.
Sanrei Glove (散霊手套, Sanrei Shutō; lit. Spirit-Scattering Hand Envelope): Brant wears a white glove over his right hand with blue lines. Brant received his from his family and spent many days practicing with it to increase his skills of collecting Reishi. By the time he joined the Wandenreich, Brant had completely mastered it. The training increased his power, strength, speed and stamina so that they were on par with a Shinigami seated officer from 6th to 4th seat and easily overwhelm regular Shinigami. The glove would also let him master his Quincy: Vollständig, but he was still far away from getting there. After the war and his appointment to Sternritter, Brant began training with the glove more on a daily basis. Eventually he managed to master it full where he can now use Quincy: Vollständig.
Seele Schneider (魂を切り裂くもの (ゼーレシュナイダー), Zēreshunaidā; German for "Soul Cutter", Japanese for "That Which Slits the Soul"): A Quincy Arrow that can also be used as a blade too. In fact Brant keeps Three(3) of these with him attached to the back of his belt with two more, one hidden in each of his boots. When not using his sword, Brant resorts to using these as melee weapons. He usually uses two at a time, one in each hand, as one is for offense and the other for defense. The blade acts as a chainsaw almost, allowing Brant to use the vibrations to weaken the bonds of reishi and make it easier for him to absorb and collect them. Brant can also connect one of them with his Spirit Weapon to perform unique techniques. Despite being able to be used as an arrow, Brant primarily uses them for melee weapons, either holding them in the reverse grip or just one, since he likes wielding two at the same time.
Anhäufer (German for "Gatherer"): The Seele Schneider's second ability is to collect Reishi during combat by absorbing the opponent's attacks. The more Reiatsu and Reiryoku they release, the more powerful the Quincy wielding it becomes. It basically allows an opponent's Reishi to become the user's.

B-THE BREAK
The Break: Julian Believes that everything that balance can be broken, this allows the user to break that with which they come into contact on.
This gives the user the ability to break everything they come into contact with. If the user is unfocused, they may destroy objects such as houses unintentionally.
The Break has various offensive and defensive properties. Using its inherent nature of being able to break anything apart that comes into contact with after understanding the nature of it. By understanding the nature of an object or an ability, Julian must first experience the ability first hand, before the user can able to break down the effects of Physical and Energy based abilities by breaking them to pieces little by little, occasionally exemplified by the crushed substance, be it Objects, Energy based abilities or living being, becoming separated into numerous cubes.
He cannot break things under Sentient control.
Julian must be in direct contact, or have seen the ability used before it can be broken down.
Ability 3: Split
Julian can split living target apart and becomes reduced to Three(3)little Version of Themselves, doll-like versions of themselves. This effect is not permanent, and the affected will, with 5post time, return to their original shape. However, should the user wish, he can reassemble the divided person with a simple motion.
Each of the three version of the target gets their strengths (That is stats) reduced to half.
Has a Range of Fifty Meters(50M)
Ability 4:
The user thrusts their hand forward and creates a cube-shaped blast of energy in an attempt to disintegrate his target. This can be used for both offensively and defensively.
Has a 5post post charge and can only be used once.
Sankt Bogen(大聖弓 (ザンクト・ボーグン)[/u] Zankuto Bōgun; German for "Saint Bow", Japanese for "Great Holy Bow"): Julian can manifest an enormous bow anywhere within his general vicinity with proportionally large Heilig Pfeil, which carry enough force to propel targets 1000 ri away with a single shot.
Sankt Breitschwert; Saint Broadsword: Julian takes an arrow fired by his Sankt Bogen from above him, and then use it as a large broadsword.
Ginto: Ginto are small liquid-filled capsules that store Reiryoku, and are used by the Quincy for spell casting in the same way that Shinigami use Kido. Like Kido, they are activated by calling out various commands.
Hollow Bait: This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts Hollows when crushed.
The Key (鍵を, Kagiwo): Julian can summon a passageway to the Royal Realm through unknown means. To do so, Julian draws and raises his sword above his head, causing light to shine from the tip and cast a white Hagal rune on the ground. Haschwalth, Yhwach, and Uryū used this to travel to the Royal Realm in the form of a damaging beam of light that released a discharge of energy strong enough to blow away and separate surrounding combatants.
Himmelslicht: A Quincy ability to call down a portal in the form of a vertical pillar of light that can be used to travel between realms. Multiple Quincy focusing together can hold open a Himmelslicht for a longer period of time.
[List][b]Kirchenlied: Sankt Zwinger[/b] - A powerful Quincy spell that creates an area of Reishi shaped with countless Quincy crosses protruding from the ground: Though its effects remain unseen, Royd Lloyd described it as "the spell of maximum protection among the Quincy techniques of offense and defense" and stated the "light of the lord" will "strike dead" anything which comes within its limits. Accessible to only Elite Sternritter, Grandmaster and Emperor.
Sankt Altar (簒奪聖壇 (ザンクト・アルタール), Zankuto Arutāru; German for "Saint Altar", Japanese for "Usurpation Altar"): Yhwach summons five orbs of energy in the air around a target that shoot out concentrated beams of energy at the target, forming the pattern of a large Quincy Zeichen; these beams take the power of the target with the intent of giving the taken power to Yhwach. Accessible only to the Emperor.
Blut vene Anhaben: A technique that allows Julian to extend his Blut Vene outside of his body to create a forcefield that blocks incoming attacks. It can easily block Kidō spells up to Bakudō #62 even when employed by a member of the Royal Guard. The way the technique works allows it to consume everything around it in order to maintain its generation, even living material. When activated it creates a 360° light-blue transparent dome with white veins on its surface of whatever it attempts to consume.
Vollistandig
Angelic Name: Azaeil
Appearance: Julian’s Mask forms a Wanderiech Emblem before removal.
Julian gains 7 holy white Wings for flight, his eyes turns white.
Ability 1
This works in line with his Epithet, but goes further than what can be done. Julian gains understanding of all things, and how nature works, as such, he can understand the concept of how everything works, and by understanding the concept, this allows Julian to break, shift, or remove what makes the concept a concept. Example; a lightning is form from the protons and electrons which come together as negative and positive charge to form a lightning. With this understanding, Julian can simply remove a proton from the lightning Charge and the lightning will dissipate.
However, this works for only the concepts he has seen, or experienced first hand.
He cannot break multiple concept at a time.
Ability 2
Supreme destroyer: By touching a weapon, object, Julian can break down the molecular structure of things that he touch. In the case of a Zanpacktōu, the Zanpacktōu returns to it’s sealed state for about 3 post time. Once this ability is used, Julian would be unable to make use of any of his Vollistandig abilities for the duration of 3post.
Ability 3
Supremacy Over H: The ‘H’ in this case stands for Him(Julian). Julian gains total control over his own body, as he is able to separate any body part. Create a hole in his abdomen while encasing his vitals in a cube shaped form and shifting the vitals of the separated part to a different location, safe from Danger. He can also separate his limbs from getting cut and reattach them back. Also, Julian can break himself into smaller Versions of himself for both defense purpose and attack purpose.
Julian can push any damage received to the smaller version of himself. Julian uses 10% of his Reiatsu to make use of this ability.
Ability 4
Break and Reattach: Julian gains the ability to Break and Reattach things he breaks. That is to say that, if he understands the concept behind Water, he can break and Reattach a new concept and thus from Water it becomes Ice, from Fire it becomes Water, from invisibility to Visibility, from Blessing to Curse, from Speed to slow, from Blind to sight, from land to lava, e.t.c. Once a concept has been changed, the new concept won’t work on Julian.
Julian must first have contact with the target. Julian cannot reattach multiple things together. For every concepts he breaks and Remakes, Julian loses a wing. If all 7 wings are gone, he loses his flight and also loses the ability to use god-step
Bankai: Asa no Hijiri Tenshi (Holy Angel of the Morning)
Appearance: Tia’s shortbow extends to become a magnificent greatbow, though the design remains the same. Her Haori glitters in the light, reflecting the blue shimmer of her weapon, giving her an angelic aura of beauty. Six glowing wings appear at her back, and a golden halo hovers above her head.
Passive I: Tia’s Bankai grants her the ability to fly, with the same speed as a mid-tier shunpo.
Passive II: Arrows shot by the bow can take on one of three elements as per Tia’s requirements – fire, lightning or ice. In Bankai, these can be mixed as Tia requires to create a veritable barrage of mixed element shots. As in Shikai, arrows shot by the bow are especially good at destroying spiritual matter. As an arrow comes into contact with anything containing reishi, it rapidly eats away at it until the arrow passes through in entirely. The closer Tia is to the target, the faster this effect comes into play. The further away Tia is to her target, the more raw damage the target is inflicted by her arrows, to a maximum distance of 100 meters (roughly the size of a football field).
Active I: By turning her bow upside down, the shimmering light of the bow extends to create a disc/shield of brilliant light which scorches the eyes of those unfortunate enough to look at it directly. The more the bow is rotated, the bigger the disc of light gets, with the maximum size being the size of Tia herself. If this stance is held for 5 seconds, Tia may unleash a cylindrical beam of elemental energy (either fire, lightning or ice) from the disc that obliterates and vaporizes anything in its path. This energy beam lasts 10 seconds and travels a distance of 100 meters. Such is the pure destructive power of this attack that her Bankai is immediately sealed afterwards and she must wait a period of 3 days to release it again
