Appearance

Vimaro is a soul of average height standing at 5’10. His most distinguishing physical feature though is his girth as Vimaro is a large man of great mass, nearly as wide as he is tall. His eyes are small and tiny within his small head that is bald, and beneath them sits a flat nose upon thin lips. He usually wears beaded earrings and a large beaded prayer-necklace around his neck, seen clearly on his preferred shihakushō of a single sleeve that is cut open from one shoulder to the opposite hip joint. This leaves one arm and an entire diagonal section of his upper body exposed.

Personality

Vimaro is an easy-going and calm individual, rarely found in a foul mood. His earlier difficulties in training had since made him more broad-minded, easily seeing silver linings in situations as well as the bigger picture. Notwithstanding, he’s very resilient and patiently persistent at whatever goals he does sets or targets he aims for, as well as putting his foot down when he needs to. Around others, Vimaro might appear as an introvert except his close contacts easily noting how more out there he can be in situations that truly interest him. The second eldest of six, he has a long since developed a personal drive to be strong enough to shield and protect his younger siblings, their safety being one of the few things that can truly rile him.

Biography

Vimaro is the second of a set of twins. Born fragile at birth, Vimaro was the weaker twin and spent nearly the first two decades of his life bedridden in his room with machines and equipment enough to put modern intensive care machinery to shame. By his mid-twenties, years after his twin brother had since left to become an arrancar companion to their cousin after getting his nature changed, his father and another performed similar process on him in the hopes that a less riotous ‘body’ might improve his health. Given a choice on race, he chose that which balanced his brother out and became shinigami.

Vimaro’s health rapidly improved within months and the young soul could finally begin to practise fighting disciplines his previously failed body denied him, learning to fight from his uncles who were more skilled than his father was since the old man’s power excused the need for skills. Still reeling from his previous health problems, Vimaro’s learning speed was abysmal for years that it took until his brother and cousin gained ironclad repute in both their worlds before Vimaro’s teachers were satisfied that he could manage at the Shinigami Academy he wanted to attend, at which point his learning speed was no longer a horror. In fact, his pace was much frightening such that he could create his own style.
