Welcome to the 1st Division Assignments Allocation. As part of your duties here in the 1st Division, you may opt to take on assignments and missions to secure the safety of Soul Society, the Material world and everything in between. The below list rotates frequently, so it's worth checking back every so often if nothing strikes you as suitable. You may take a single mission at a time, though whether you complete this as a solo endeavor or as a group with your fellow Shinigami is up to you. I will keep the descriptions of most missions intentionally vague as to give you creative licence over your characters story. Once you have selected your assignment, post here with your selection and create a thread in our Events section as follows:

Description: A mid level hollow has been attributed as the cause of several failed Material World excursions over the past three months. Seek and destroy. Minimal civilian disruption necessary. Hollow traffic in the area is reported to be low.

4 - Mission Name: Loose Lips
Description: A recruit freshly inducted into the 1st Division has obtained classified intel beyond their level. They are being held in the 1st Division detention center, and CC46 has been informed. Naturally, this error is quite the embarrassment for our Division - you are to interrogate the individual, locate their source and depending on the seat of the traitor, either arrest them on the spot or report back here for another to pick up this assignment as Part II. You will be required to arrange for the individual's access to all sensitive assets to be revoked immediately.

5 - Mission Name: Shikai Training
Description: You are to spend the day either in deep meditation, or training with a fellow Division member with the goal of attaining Shikai. How you go about this is up to you.

6 - Mission Name: Uprising in Rukon
Description: There has been signs of rebellion in West Rukongai. Locate their base of operations, apprehend the the so called leader and escort them to the 1st Division interrogation chamber for questioning. We need to ascertain the number of rebel cells and strike them down. You are free to do so in the manner you wish, but leniency can often be just as efficient.

7 - Mission Name: Gense Scouting
Description: You have been assigned to this weeks scouting squad after a report of an unusual hollow terrorizing a small village in the Australian Outback. Eliminate the target if possible with minimal disruption to the humans way of life, but if you find this not possible, gather as much information as you are able and call for reinforcements.

3 - Mission Name: On the Down low
Description: A target we have identified as an exceedingly low level Wandenreich Recruit has been spotted visiting the outskirts of Osaka frequently over the course of the past few weeks. The individual masks their route poorly, and has made minimal effort to hide their comings and goings. You are to covertly ascertain their intentions. If you deem them sinister, you are to apprehend and detain the individual and escort them back for interrogation.

Through the Pale
Description: A deep strike tactical reconnaissance into the great white of Hueco Mundo, set over the course of a week. Eliminate 3 low level targets to thin out the numbers of the hollow menace, but remain low profile and do not put yourself at undue risk. Return with any relevant observations that provide intel into the general activity and numbers the enemy houses amongst the sands.
