Zanpakutou Name: Amaterasu
Sealed Form Description: While sealed, Amaterasu takes the form of Muzori (a katana without curvature). The hilt is wrapped with black wrapping and at the end, there is an ornamental thread that has intertwined red and yellow fabric.
Shikai Release Command: "All life clings to the Sun!"
Shikai Release Form Description: The hand that holds the sword gets engulfed with flames up to shoulder level. If the user switches the sword into another hand it will disappear and reappear into the hand that is actively holding the sword. Since the flames are part of the Zanpaktou and thus part of Madara, they do not cause any harm. The color of the flames are mixed with Madara's purple reiatsu.
Shikai Abilities:
Passive ability I
Favor of the Goddess - The heat generated by the release and active flames expand the blood vessels in his body increasing the user's strength to the hand that is actively holding the sword.
Weakness: Water and Ice based abilities can greatly hinder the ability as they would decrease the temperature and thus restrict the blood vessels.
Active ability I
Judgment of the God - Madara can swing the sword and in the moment of the slash user's reiatsu is condensed at the edge of the entire sword and is released towards the direction of the swing. The reiatsu takes the appearance of highly condensed flames.
Weakness: Next to the obvious weakness towards the water and ice the slash can be avoided by the enemy if they pay attention and is not fatal unless point-blank or if the enemy has superior reiatsu or if the user has highly developed Hierro. Kidou that is on mid-level and up can easily cancel out the ability.
True Zanpakutou Name: Amaterasu Oomikami [天照大神/天照大御神]
Bankai Release Command: "Bathe in the warmth of the sun."
Bankai Release Form Description: The user's whole body gets engulfed with flames, as well as his sword. It appears that his sword is made of flames, but this isn't the case, for it is "hidden" below these flames - it is merely a trick to fool his opponents. The flames are though not damaging Madara in any way for being a part of his Zanpakutou and therefore a part of his soul. While in Bankai if Madara speaks, two voices can be heard: one male and one female, Madara’s and Amaterasu’s (Madara’s Zanpakutou spirit).
Passive Abilities:
Passive Ability I
Coat of Darkness - The Flames that once covered his right arm, stretch out and cover all of his (Madara's) body upon Bankai activation. The usual color of the flames is gone. The color changes into black. These flames heat the air around the user to 70°C or 158 F). Due to this, it is difficult to get close to the user. The radius of the heat is 5 meters around the user. The effects created by the heat range from, increased fatigue, sweating, dizziness to severe drowsiness, headache, and difficulty breathing. In the most severe cases (the opponent being exceptionally weak or already near exhaustion), loss of coordination or losing consciousness may occur. Also, the flames that surround Madara have a radius of 50 cm except for the flames on the arm in which the blade is held, it has a radius of 15cm around it.
Passive Ability II
Gift of the Goddess - Upon activating Bankai, Madara gains an increase in speed, body strength.
Active Abilities:
Active Ability I
Girei [Crying God] - The flames which cover the opposite arm (opposite of the one in which Madara holds his sword) are pulling back towards his wrist area. These flames start moving and fill the spaces between his fingers, causing extreme heat. By focusing these flames in front of his palm (a few millimeters away) he is able to cause a heat that is so extremely high that the air starts to combust while creating a ball of hot plasma (Diameter: 50 cm). Due to Madara’s purple reiatsu color, this ball of plasma appears to be deep purple instead of usually white, so it may be confused as Cero by beginners. Since this technique requires focus and needs an increased temperature to be created, this technique requires reiatsu usage. The attack varies in strength (amount of damage the opponent receives) and in loading time. It depends on how much of reiatsu Madara used. Faster attacks use little of reiatsu, while the stronger attacks but with slower loading time can do some devastating damage.
Weakness: It can be deflected by mid and high-level Kidou, can be dodged if the opponent is fast enough. The user of this technique can’t use any Kidou for 4 posts after the technique is used. With each usage, the amount of waiting for the Kidou is doubled.
Active Ability II
Heaven and Hell
Heaven - By pointing his arm (with all of his fingers or just index finger) above the opponent and saying a quote from one poem (“The Goddess descends from the sky”), a circle of fire is formed. The circle is one meter above the opponent. Out from the circle, a column of fire descends fast from the sky, towards the opponent.
Hell - By pointing his arm (with all of his fingers or just index finger) beneath the opponent (works even if the opponent is in the air) and saying a quote from one poem (“We seek it thus and take to the sky”), a circle of fire is formed beneath the opponent. In Hell, the effect of the attack is reversed. Out from the circle, a column of fire shoots towards the sky.
For both of the attacks, the height of the fire column is around 50 feet or 15 meters. The speed of these attacks is just a split second of the glow that appears when the circle is formed
Weakness: Uses a moderate amount of reiatsu. Madara is able to use this technique only 8 times and is easily dodged unless the opponent has severe injury that is preventing them to move.
Active Ability III
Divinity - This active ability changes the color of flames from black to white. This happens because of the intense heat that increases upon activating this ability. The hottest of the flames are white. This ability emits white light. It can affect the opponent’s eyesight, but not to such an extent that he /she is blinded completely. This ability also boosts the first passive ability (Coat of Darkness). Boost is resulted in a wider range of the passive (from 5 meters to 10), in the increase of the temperature around Madara (changes from 70°C to 100°C or 212 F). This increases the chance of affecting the opponent with the first passive (Effects are in the description of the first passive ability). It can disintegrate Kido 60 and below completely as well as Shikai level abilities of my own level and below. Stronger attacks can come through but are still diminished by that amount.
Weakness: Uses a moderate amount of reiatsu. Can be avoided by just, simply not getting closer. This ability has disadvantages against Water and Ice abilities. If they are on the same level they can halve the range and temperature.

Azure Flames: There are a couple of issues with the ability, namely there is no way for your opponent to put out the fire if you transfer it to them - if you were to, for example, coat your zanpakutou in black fire and block, or have an opponent block you, the fire would transfer to their zanpakutou and continue burning 'any and all things' - the way this is phrased needs adjusting. As it is right now, it reads as though anything on fire will be rendered to ash without any way of stopping it. I recommend allowing your opponent to put out the fire if they focus their reiatsu on the site which caught flame and matching the reiatsu you used to use the ability to nullify it.
I would also avoid using percents to describe reiatsu drain as it's too vague, likewise I'll need you to specify what 'rid Asashi of his senses' actually means for your character.
Kishin Step: You'll need to elaborate on how many 'predetermined' locations this ability will allow you per spar, and how they're chosen - for example, you can't claim that you have set up locations in advance, it would be unfair to your opponent (and your abilities only work whilst Shikai is released so setting them up in advance wouldn't really work.) Instantaneous ability usage also allows your character the ability to get out of nearly any situation here - what's stopping your character from using this ability as and when he likes to dodge all attacks made against him? I would say there needs to be some sort of indication he is about to use this ability, even if it's a small 'wind-up', or have a limit on the amount of times you may use this per spar. I would avoid usage being instant in any case - your opponent needs time to react.
Hide: This ability is fine for the most part, but I'll say you would only be allowed to store things in Hide during your spar/mission. You can't prepare things in advance and hide them within Hide - I'll also say that anything hidden inside Hide vanishes when you seal your Zanpakutou again, and you cannot put your rune ON your opponent unless they consent - it would be like you wounding your opponent without them having a say.
If you could make the above revisions or adjust them until you're happy with them I'll take another look. The recommendations I've made are simply to patch over any shortcomings per ability - they're not set in stone and it's not a case of me not accepting your Zanpakutou unless you follow what I have said exactly. If you can think of other ways to address the issues I've pointed out, you're welcome to make changes you feel will resolve them, even if they do not follow my recommendations. I'll then take another look and if I'm satisfied the issues have been rectified, I'll approve your weapon for usage.

Azure Flames:

It is given that Zanpacktōu cannot be destroyed nor can it be burnt. Anyone who has been Roleplaying Bleach should have that idea.

There is no problem then if that's the case. As stated in the ability, Opponents of Equal Reiatsu can Mitigate the Effects of the Flames. As of right now, Aside Captains, there isn't any opponent that is above or below Asashi in Reiatsu.

This means that Asashi becomes a Mad driven fighter, without any sense of reasoning, as he fights till he runs out of Reiatsu.

You would think that would be obvious, but your ability quite clearly says it'll burn until there's nothing left which is why there's an issue with it - your ability claims one thing and you're saying 'well actually it can't do x even if it says otherwise'. You can't rely on people using common sense within the RP - there will always be people who push their luck, which is why each ability needs outlining clearly with strengths and weaknesses.
Continuing on from that thought, reiatsu output is not an indicator of overall strength and will vary from character to character within the Gotei. Some captains will have less reiatsu than other captains, some abilities will boost reiatsu output. A character who has been fighting for 10 posts will potentially have less reiatsu than somebody who just joined the fight, even if they have the same exact seat, and given we're currently discussing power brackets elsewhere as GMs, you should know this is an unreliable measure of a character's ability to put out your flames - if a bracket between 10th and 20th seat is created, that's 10 seats worth of reiatsu discrepancy between characters, which is why I have an issue with the ability currently. You need to take this into consideration and think ahead. Even if there aren't any characters other than Captains that are 'stronger' than your character right now, another view on this is your character is currently amongst the weakest in the Gotei.
Another thought I had when reviewing Azure Flames is this: do the flames, once you've set something on fire, have the ability to spread? For example, if you were to strike Takasugi's shoulder head on, would you then have the ability to make the fire spread down his arm?
I see what you mean about senses now, but it's just another argument for making things as clear as you can - I read it as in senses being his actual senses and not his ability to keep a level head. This would be worth clarifying too, I think.

Zanpakutō Name: Tentai Kunshu (天体 君主, Celestial Monarch)
Sealed Form Description: Vimaro’s zanpakutō is a 40” sword with actual blade length of 26.5”. Its hilt is a dull grey in colour with a black rectangular guard that has circular carvings on it. Tentai Kunshu’s blade is smooth but has a metallic habaki with depictions of light rays on it. The sword's scabbard is a black sheath with the kanji characters for 'beginning' and 'end' on either side of the middle section.
Shikai: Vimaro’s Shikai has no release ceremony, being always active as long as he’s not completely drained of his reiryoku reserves. Instead of a release command, there is an end command. By using the phrase “Stars hide your fires, let not light see my black and deep desires”, all active effects, which are readily available, cease. In its active form, Tentai Kunshu is a 190cm long bō staff with diamond grip patterns at its middle section. The staff is black and unadorned, smooth all over with no edge.
- Suteraru Kyutei (ステラル 宮廷, Stellar Court): This ability covers the immediate area and compels nightfall, filling the sky with stars. These stars absorb light from true celestial stars whose light they proceed to shine like normal stars. The user gains the ability to 'see' everything that the starlight touches, as if gaining an extra pair of eyes in the sky.
@aniks28 Are you 100% sure you want to go with just one ability for your Shikai? You've gone about this in an unusual way, my interest is piqued. I'll need to sleep on your submission and ponder.
