Asashi’s Zanpacktōu creates and produces runes which appears on his body like a tattoo. His back is littered with Runes which glow upon activation. Asashi’s runes are of Flames and Space or Spatial

Name: Azure Flames

Element/conceptual: Rune(Flame)

Type: active

Description: This an edict of fire or flames and, Upon it’s activation, Asashi’s right shoulder glows for a moment as an electric signal is sent to his brain, this releases a black flames that burns any and all things upon contact till there is nothing left. It can burn sand itself and would keep burning till it’s target is ash.

Workings: Asashi can control this flames for offense and defense purpose.

By cloaking his Zanpacktōu with the flames, this improves his cutting capabilities.

Asashi is immune to this flames and as such, it allows him to wear it as a cloak.

Weakness: continuous usage would rid Asashi of his senses.

Name: kishin step( Demon step)

Conceptual: Rune(Space arts/Spatium)

Type: Active

Description: This brings Asashi instantly to a predetermined location using channels that resembles Worm Holes. God Step also seems to be an edict of space arts, Spatial. The release of black lightning-like tendrils of Reiatsu while using God Step is noted by Asashi. This has a two post charge time before it can be used again.

Name: Hidē

Conceptual: Rune(Space arts)

Type: Active

Description: using the edict of space, Asashi can store explosives, or hide anything of his choice into any object his makes contact with. This is however, not only limited to objects but Asashi can also store things in the Hidē rune; that is also on his body.

Workings: if Asashi stores a lightning in his Hidē rune, all he needs to do is make contact, or points his hands at the target to release the said lightning.

If stored in a ball or any object, Asashi can throw the object at his target to create a specific explosion.

Asashi can as well store Kidō in his Hidē rune and can choose to release it at a later time or immediately. The amount of Kidō stored will be equivalent to it’s reiatsu cost.
