The 4th Division Captain is still Kaien @leonhartcartelfrancis , they've decided to stay on after I spoke with them on discord 🙂
Both the 3rd and 4th Divisions have Vice Captains assigned to them, though we'll register your interest as a potential candidate in the future as we do all members.

@kijin Actually 4th Division lacks a Captain now so if the VC of the 4th takes over as the new captain, then a room for a new VC will become available. Although, anyone attaining that post would have to make considerably contribution to the 4th and have experience before he or she can be promoted to such position. It doesn't come free 😂
I mean i know what it takes to become a Captain or VC of any Division and i know how hard it can be when it comes to obtaining such a position and i've never been higher than 3rd Seat and ran the 8th Division when it had no Captain or VC and had little to no activity, i don't even remember (its been that long) getting any acknowledgement from anybody at the time that was going back at least 10+ years ago now from memory, i dont know if any of that counts as experience or not in 2022 but i can only hope XD i know that things like that never come free i know that much.
