We'll use this thread as our general chatter thread, since PMs are currently unavailable and Madara suggested we add this in. Anybody can chat here, there's no particular agenda. If you need to discuss whatever with anybody, you can @ them here. I feel we're lacking bits and pieces here in the 3rd, we're a little empty somehow - I want you guys to get involved with development here now you're seated and all. We need a kidou list composing, and somebody to look over missions and spars to make sure everything is running smoothly. Any takers?

I want our Division to be able to come up with our own 3rd Division exclusive kidou too - I'd like for canon Bakudou and Hadou to be in different lists (one list for each), and two new lists to be created for Sanbantai Bakudou and Sanbantai Hadou. If you could come up with an application form for folks to fill out, that'd be great. If you like, I can leave you in charge of applications? You would need to make sure stuff that's submitted isn't too overpowered and has balanced strengths and weaknesses, if you're up to the challenge?
I'm thinking first post could be Canon Bakudou + Sanbantai Bakudou with the Sanbantai Bakudou application form, and the second could be Canon Hadou with the Sanbantai Hadou application form? Each list would need to be in it's own spoiler tags to keep is neat. If you take this on, you'll need to keep the lists up to date 🙂
@kijin Will take some time getting it done. For now, I will post up the Canon Kidō while working on the Custom Kidō at a later time.

@divineshinigami I was thinking utility items, smoke bombs that hide your spiritual presence and the like that folks could take with them into events and missions. For techniques, Shunko for example. I would want us to have our own unique offerings for those looking to join a division though, perhaps our own brand of hakuda or shunpo?
@leonhartcartelfrancis I'm really sorry i've not managed to get my zanpakutou posted up yet, I'm having some trouble writing down my ideas into usable abilities. We can postpone our spar for now if you like, it shouldn't take too much longer!

Nah, I think it'd be cool if we allowed custom stuff for 3rd use only.

So I had to research this thing as I forgot almost everything about bleach hahaha. Someone correct me if I am wrong, Shunpo is basically the concentration of Reishi beneath the feet to allow walking on air and movements towards something. The difference between Shunpo and Sonido is basically in the sound and that Arrancars use it mostly instinctively and requires no previous knowledge about it. I also read that it can be silent but all the sound files I found on youtube of Shunpo users have a certain sound to it. So I was thinking if it is allowed, that we have a silent version of Shunpo that would benefit us in our reconnaissance and espionage missions?
