Overzealous anit-spam seems to remove outbound links, breaking the inserted image. Tried approving posts but the link was already removed in its entirety so it doesn't show the image regardless.

Editor toolbar disappearing will require edits in php: will wait until things quiet down and do a full-site backup before messing with that abacadabra.
