Character Chit Manager
After about 6 weeks of pondering and working off and on this, I'm introducing the new CCM system for public testing. The system will very likely receive a number of tweaks in what which rank is allowed to do and how much power is allotted to ranks both at minimum and at maximum power. So, I encourage you to create your character using the new chit system but at same time to expect changes down the line.
In a nut shell, here's what it is;
In previous iterations of rating systems we had on BA/BAM, you accumulated points via RP and then invested this into different areas. It didn't matter what your RP'd, as long as you RP'd and earnt points to invest. That was the way you grew stronger. CCM tries to eliminate as much as possible, all ratings and numbered comparisons (stats) from the character profile.
Instead, you will have to roleplay for specific skills and abilities. More info in the HowTo below;
Unit Leaders are not required to use this rating system and can continue to accept hand-written profiles all the same or both. Game Masters will base their decisions on the CCM (most importantly deciding whether a character is overpowered or not). Arrancar and Quincy Chit glossaries are still in the making but will follow an identical layout but with factional abilities.
P.S. the same goes for skill descriptions and Kido spell numbers and the like.

On this note, will there be something incorporated in this system to account for Modified Kido? Primarily example being the "Heavy-Strike" Byakurai that Urahara uses.
@shinoda you can add up to 4 skill specific abilities to your skills. You could add all 4 of them to Kido if you like.

Interesting! Looking forward to seeing the system 🙂
