Attention, making a temporary suggestion thread. Until I can make a nicer one. posting from a phone only isn’t easy.
Here members of the 4th can suggest new ideas, and give overall feedback on how stuffs ran. I ask everyone to to honest, and respectful to each other while posting in here. If you need to speak privately, you’re welcome to send me a private message.
let the discussions begins. 🙂
This question feeds into a larger question about a "Rate Your Character" stats system, but is there interest in a "badge" list for 4th Division members? Like "Emergency Care Badge," "Poisons Badge," etc.,, where we can use our RP to earn/display specialties in our healing ability toolkit?
@shinoda I never used the RYC before. So not sure how it works. But I do like the idea you have with healing. Specializing in certain areas. How would it work? I know at the moment for the healing aspect there are a total of 22 healing spells. And each of them are for certain things. Have the list posted.
but I like what you’re saying. Maybe do a whole new update on the healing. It’s the list used near the end of BA and ok BAM
Quick update. Once I have my new pc. I think I’ll edit each of the kaido. So there are different levels to each. That way it’s new in a way. And can work with the specialization in certain healing aspects.

So the RYC was a little computer program written that acted as a character stats rating system (RYC - Rate Your Character).
You would start out with X amount of points and distribute them amongst different stats, like Zanjutsu, Kido, Zanpakuto, Cero, etc,. As you completed missions, sparred, did solo RPs, training spars, and/or participated in events, you would earn points by having the RP piece rated by the RP leaders (senior Faction leaders). This allowed your character's abilities to be grounded in an objective framework for everyone to reference.
My idea was that (assuming that this site gains such a system) that we could award someone X amount of points for doing a mission where they demonstrate/learn healing skills/Kido related to poison, or emergency trauma. You would get a "badge" or a qualification In-Character/In-Story, and each badge is worth X amount of points.
I think it would be a nifty way to add a more RP-focused component to being a member of the 4th Division, especially for those (to honest, like me) who enjoy spars and RP but also like the healing aspect of the 4th!.
I think I might've had the program, but I don't ever remember using it.
But if something like that is made, I would like to have something like that for the fourth.
But even if the site does not get something like that. It still could be possible to set something like that up.
If you got some ideas, I would like to hear them. At the moment, the only one I have that might work with that is to redo the healing spells. And Add a different levels to certain ones. I did plan to redo it a little, and add some new stuff. Since none of them are canon to the manga or anime. Honestly i never said there was specific kaido for wounds... Honestly all looked like it was the same. Kubo never gave much information about it. So means we can add our on take to it.
Regarding a rating system, I could potentially make something in Excel if there was interest and a way to host it for everyone!
I think it would require 1) reworking the healing spells but also 2) it would be worth considering some items? I know we saw the Shinigami using drugs and poisons. Having access to anesthetics or sedatives in combat could be useful for field treatment but also attacking (think of Yoruichi knocking Ichigo out by inserting that knock-out drug into his wounded abdomen).
We could also think about using Kido to create medical tools. Kido is often used to make ethereal objects - what about a kido stretcher, scalpel, etc?
If you'd be open, I could draft a system...
Yeah I'm going to do some changes with the healing spells here soon.
Honestly, that's not a bad idea, the only item like that used in the 4th RP wise at the moment. And it's always been like this reiastu pills.. So adding stuff like that is a good idea. And yeah she did that to Ichigo. Also there was another item Hanatarō used once, and it was also used to knock Ikkaku out t FKT. I just don't remember what it was, and I'm not able to find it.
H Kidou to create medical tools? Could work something like that into the healing kidou. Well the kaido.
Yeah I'd like to see what it could look like.
Do you have any suggestions for what you'd like to see with the new healing spells, and items. Outside of the stuff you suggested?
This is the list https://bleachanime.net/forums/fourth-division-infirmary/kaido-list/ I know with the rank limits I have it makes it harder without being seated. So I think I will also rework that as well.

I guess my question is how would this fit into the "Chit" system that JSAL just posted?
@shinoda I have no clue, since that system also has kaido listed. So I am not sure now.
@shinoda Your level of ability to use kaido will probably come off of your ability to use kidou. We have to discuss in more detail about how to implement that with the chit system 🙂
