Tsunade is great healer. But Unohana..., instant, complete and perfect regeneration even if you're already dead? That's a whole different level.

Please don't forget Tsunade can't die either.... We all saw that in the 4th Great Ninja War.

Didn't Unohana learn healing to heal herself and her enemies as well so she could keep battling them?

I don't know, I was just never that impressed with Tsunade's character, she always felt like the weakest of the three Sanin to me and I feel Unohana would win here, even if it ended up being a battle of stamina in the end. Considering she would heal herself and her opponents just to prolong the fighting, compared with Tsunade's stamina, Unohana would win here. It's no good to save yourself from death only once when your enemy can do it over and over for fun.

Yeah  Unohana would Win Tsunade without a doubt. However, when it comes to healing I don't think Tsunade would lose out either.

Unohana would win hands down, but Tsunade’s regenerate healing would help her stay in the fight. Though I’m sure Unohana would be able to drain her chakra fast with extended use of her 100 healing technique. I think that’s more taxing on her, then Unohana healing herself.

Listen pimp, that ain't it. I get that she had extra time to train and such afterwards, but Tsunade nearly reached her death and was bed-ridden for weeks after Pain's Assault on Konoha. She can die under sufficient overload. That said, Tsunade is definitely massive in terms of endurance and power, but Unohana would destroy her over time. Tsunade's arsenal of techniques was generally limited compared to Unohana, who has displayed incredible Zanjutsu and knowledge of expert Kido. Although filler and movies shouldn't be entirely counted on, it's safe to assume that she could also bring a variety of Kido to the fight that Tsunade would have few counters for. I think in single combat, without any other allies to split the damage with, Tsunade would fall quickly. The problem is that while Tsunade's defensive power is enormous and so is her offensive power, it's limited in its modality; whereas Unohana's is not. Furthermore, Unohana is simply older, much older, and that counts in terms of battle prowess (not sayin Tsunade is an idiot, but she's also not as experienced).

During Pain's Assault she was literally healing and aiding the entire village, protected them all from dying from a village destroying attack and still die from that. If that puts her bedridden for weeks, doesn't change the fact of her feat. Let's not dwell on the population of konoha and it's Shinobi, but has Unohana ever been shown healing 100 people at once!??

Is protecting and healing an entire village with your chakra a joke to you!?

Even during the world war, before the kages decided to fight Madara, Tsunade was still significantly healing a large number of soldiers on the battle field without even being there. During the Madara fight, she was healing her fellow kages and still fighting.

I understand the fact unohana has more techniques to use, but in terms of stamina and healing capabilities feats Tsunade has displayed is mind blowing and shouldn't be considered lower.

Both of them obviously cannot kill each other easily, So it's really hard to determine who wins. But then again, unohana powers works in a way where she automatically heals her opponent too, meaning Tsunade can even reserve her own and let unohana keep Healing her and then use 100 sealing technique when the time is right.

My dude Tsunade's healing and endurance is not being discounted here - I fully recognize that this is the woman who got stabbed (twice?) through the gut by Hashirama cell-powered Madara. The sheer size of that wound on anyone else, normally, would be instantly fatal - the amount of internal bleeding alone would kill you.

My point in giving it to Unohana overall is that Tsunade probably can take more of a beating, pound for pound, than Unohana - but endurance won't win her the fight. Her endurance/durability is massive, but compared to Unohana, I don't think her attack options are as high (even though her raw power certainly can contend in this arena). Tsunade's attacks are almost always "I hit you really, really hard" and I don't think that's enough to contend with someone who was considered the edged weapon champion of her era who also has a variety of other attack options via Kido to use. It's definitely not a one-shot, easy-peasy battle, but I also don't see Tsunade landing enough hits over time vs. Unohana due to the extremely predictable nature of her attacks.

Well both are able to heal their self, but in terms of that I would say Tsunade has the upper hand. Her self healing alone I thinks far greater than Unohana. Tsunade can regenerate her own organs with the 100 healings if I'm not wrong.  So with that she would be able to take a beating. But it's not just who is the better healer. The fighting aspect, while Tsunade can fight. I think she's more of a healer than a fighter. And Unohana, would have the upper hand in a fight. She knows many sword styles, and has kidou both we never really got to see her use in canon. The filler showed her easily using high levels. So I think being a captain she could use kidou, but to the full extent we never really got to see. While I love both characters, I am going with Unohana on this one. Her combat skills are what would give the win.

To quickly explain why I'm not sure on Unohana's skills with kidou. The times she is seen with Isane, rather than doing the kidou herself. She did have Isane doing that. But that was only seen once after finding out Aizen had faked his death... So kidou skills I am going to say unknown.

But if we are going off healing, I would say Tsunade, we again never really see much of her healing powers with Unohana. I mean

Spoiler
When she is fighting Kenpachi, she did kill him and bring him back to life a few times... But that's all we see of her healing techniques
I do think to some levels Tsunade might be the stronger healer.
